Chef Nadim Hamze is proud to announce the opening of his Sumac Restaurant in Central, Hong Kong.

Sumac is a spice used throughout the Mediterranean and it sets the tone for the style of food that
you can expect from the restaurant - Lebanese at heart but drawing also on wider Mediterranean
influences.

The menu features many traditional Lebanese favourites including a wide selection of Mezza, Lamb
Kafta and Chicken Mograbieh, as well as more eclectic dishes such as Rack of Lamb with Seasonal
Vegetables and Giant Couscous, Lahem Meshwi (Skewers of Marinated Beef with Grilled Vegetables
and Phoenician Fries), and Sumac Spot Prawns with Rosemary and Sea Salt in a Provencal Sauce.

The decor in Sumac is light and airy, featuring classic French windows and the use of reclaimed
wood throughout to give the feeling of dining in an old Provencal house. The restaurant seats 35 in
comfort and is complemented with a large open terrace at the back.

Sumac is located at G/F, 8 Glenealy, Central (the site of the former Mozart Stub'n). It is open for
dinner every day except Sunday.
